Types of Commissions
About My Commissions
These are STARTING prices. Depending on your design I may increase the price to accommodate the complex design.
I definitely will not do:
Intense gore
Anything NSFW
Anything sexual
Anything relating to drugs or alcohol
What I Do:
Animals
Anthropomorphic animals: single species, hybrid, and owned original species
Couple drawings
Non-extreme Vent art
Mild gore
Candy/ pastel gore
Slightly suggestive

Terms of Service
-I reserve the right to refuse service regardless of the situation.

Work Process:
-During the initial meeting a final price will be given.
-Work will ONLY begin after a full payment has been made.
-I will meet with you to discuss the type of commission, however, after the initial meeting I won’t be in contact with the client more than once per day.
(unless a significant update has occurred)
-Expect orders to take a week to complete unless otherwise notified.

Refunds and Canceled Orders:
-Refund amounts will be determined based on how complete the order is until the color stage begins.
-20% of the order’s cost is non-refundable.
(Unless unsatisfied with order (reason must be given), in which case the artwork will be repurposed)
-Once commission has been determined completed, no refunds will be given for any reason.
-During the process of the order, failure to reply within 7 days will result in the order being cancelled.
-Artwork from cancelled orders will be repurposed without stealing people’s individual designs.

Changes to Set Prices:
-Rush fees will be calculated based on the customer's time frame.
-Details such as clothing, design and other accessories will be calculated based on complexity.
-Images with multiple characters will be calculated using below prices.
-If artwork is being bought for commercial usage, a price will be discussed during the initial meeting and added to the total price.

Copyright and Usage Policy:
Artist Rights:
I hold the rights to the commissioned art which means;
I can use it to promote myself online or otherwise.
I can post online or publish the art.
Commissioner’s Rights:
The commissioner may;
Use commissioned art for personal reasons such as printing or posting online.
Claim ownership and rights of character(s) but not the drawing.
Selling commissioned piece with sale of character. (Cannot be sold for more than purchased value.)
Copyright Infringements Include:
Reproducing art for commercial purposes. (Meaning making money from art. Excluding resale of character or if artwork has been sold for commercial usage.)
Taking credit for artwork. (Which includes designs of adoptables and customs but does not apply for standard commissions.)
Removing watermarks and signatures.
Altering art without consent.
